Shipping

Please be aware that orders can take up to 3 working days to dispatch (unless item description states otherwise). However, we do endeavour to have most items posted within 1 day of your order, with the exception of some made to order, customised items. Items such as customised clothing and some other customised items will take longer as they are made to order, details of timescales will be in the individual items description. We can ship to most destinations, worldwide. Items are dispatched from the UK. Please note that we only charge you a cost to ship. You will need to check your own countries policy on customs fees and you will be liable for any custom fees incurred by your country.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, assuming it meets the returns criteria below. Please check your item upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, the item received must be damaged or defective. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need proof of purchase. Please be aware that most customised items cannot be returned, please ensure you enter the correct customisation, sizes, requirements, etc at the time of ordering. Unfortunately there are no returns on sale items, clearance items, customer error or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ninjakustomz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once processed, confirmation will be given and outcome of the claim.
